"Great stay"

"The room was very clean and pleasant but could do with a bit of TLC but it didn't put us off.The location is fantastic, being right in the middle of the High ST.The staff were very helpful and fantastic as they had staff off while i stayed and as for the food, fantastic, loved the meals from the evening menu and the breakfast is superb as well with Nicky and the staff making it great. All in all well worth the money and i can't wait to return."

"A beautiful old maritime themed hotel which was easy walking distance to"

"Lovely location near to bus services. Great staff very helpful can't do enough for you. Beautiful garden."

"Room was basic, comfortable and clean, beds were good, had nice sea view. Would stay there again."

"Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, lovely, friendly staff. Bus stop just outside so good transport links. Good value for money."

"The room was decent, the bar was good and so was the breakfast … however the latte machine was broken. We dined there one evening and my husband commented that the duck was very good. The wifi was good. Good location to the train station, pubs and the Navy Museum, HMS Victory and HMS Warrior."

"Great location, facilities and parking. Large practical rooms and friendly staff. Only drawback was rooms are dated with no air conditioning. Same with my particular en-suite bathroom, large and dated. Water pressure was poor so showering not great idea. However for a short stop highly recommended."
