"Hotel facilities are very good and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a quick walk from the airport and just across the road from the car rental pick-up/return. The airport to city bus stops outside the door which is very convenient for access to Edinburgh town centre. Staff were friendly and very helpful but there is simply not enough staff on duty at busy times (which is all day at an airport hotel). This resulted in long waits at check-in and long waits for food and drink service. Also aircon, though fitted, wasn't working which was a problem in the recent heat wave."
