"Thing only thing we wanted to mention is the fact that the room when we walked in smelled of smoke smoking so I don’t know if someone before you or if it’s in the air-conditioning, we did open the window and aired it out, but otherwise everything was clean and the continental breakfast was very good thank you"

"TOILET AND SHOWER WERE OK BUT YOU HAD TO STEP ALL THE WAY INTO THE LITTLE SPACE IN ORDER TO CLOSE THE DOOR. FIRST FLUSH OF THE TOILET WITH NO SOLID STUFF CREATED A STOPPED UP MESS. CALL TO THE FRONT DESK TO HAVE A MAINTENANCE MAN TO FIX WAS ANSWERED WITH "I CAN BRING YOU A PLUNGER BUT WE HAVE NO MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL ON DUTY" THE PLUNGER ARRIVED AND I CLEARED THE TOILET. ABOUT 10 PM THE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF. A CALL TO THE FRONT DESK WENT UNANSWERED. A FEW MINUTES LATER A CALL INFORMED THAT A SINGLE ROOM HAD CAUSED THE ALARM FOR THE ENTIRE BUILDING."

"The location is perfect for the places we went to. Walking distance to Coors field, Civic Center near the capital & civic park and 16th street mall and the union station. When we arrived , we were greeted with great hospitality and informed their a/c is centralized, so not able to adjust the room temp. The room was cleaned, but could use a good touch up on the walls, the wall paper was coming undone in a few spots. We did ask for a fan, in which 1 was provided. The down fall is, we stayed there for 3 nights and had no hot water. Well.. Luke warm for the 2nd night for a brief time but gone once the neighboring room flushed. We informed every time we went down stairs. The 1st 3 hostess tried to get it resolved so maintenance kept coming up. But still not hot. We tried to get a different room but told there was no extra rooms and some other guest we talked to, allso had no hot water. I did notice that it was someone different at tye desk every time we went to the lobby, even when it was an hour later. The breakfast was decent, loved the fresh ground coffee machine. Overall, I think we would give another chance due the lication for a 1 night. Unless the water is fixed and would have liked to make the room a cooler. But ok."
