"The mattress on the extra bed was filthy and disgusting It seems it was never changed on my arrival therefore resulting in my granddaughter being bitten with some sort of bugs .This was reported and quickly resolved"

"We spent 5 nights in this hotel, we booked a very spacious sea view room with huge nice bathroom. A fairly well-stocked sweet breakfast, not exceptional; for those who like savory, there wasn't much choice. Restaurants nearby. Crossing the road you find the famous beach of Flic en flac. The only flaw is that if you arrive on the weekend the locals flock to the beach all day, from the sunset until late they listen to very loud music from their cars😬. ( you can listen them form the rooms) instead for the other days of the week, there aren’t many people on the streets."

"Extremely clean. Staff was kind and smiley as well. We loved our stay, just a five minutes drive to the beach. You need a car but parking is super easy and safe inside the compound."

"L'Oiseau de l'Océan was an amazing discovery. It was clean, well-kept and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle was a nice touch ensuring that trips to the beach and Cascavelle were easy. I also enjoyed the on-site sauna. My only complaint is that the wifi was weak and to make calls, I needed to step outside my room. I didn't mind much because I was on vacation and so didn't need to work. Special commendation goes to Jessica and Richard for going above and beyond."
