Great location, central to numerous key spots you will want to visit while in Florence. Clean apartment, contact Francesca allowed us to drop off our luggage several hours before official check in time which was very kind / accommodating. If there is one slight drawback it's that there are 50 stairs from street level to the apartment which is a bit daunting when carrying heavy luggage. The apartment itself is very functional with comfortable beds, washing machine, decent sized shower, etc. Would definitely stay here again and glad we chose it on this most recent trip to Florence.

You will love this excellent location, in the middle of everything. The apartment is basic and the beds are comfortable. If steps present a problem, just be aware that there are 52 steps to climb to the apartment. I will definitely book this apartment again on my next visit.

Our host Yogev was very helpful and friendly. Apartment was clean and spacious. Great location, literally a few steps away from the duomo and lively neighbourhood. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Хороший по расположению отель. Много нужно подниматься вверх без лифта. Очень грязные ковры на полу. Уборщица может просто вломиться в номер, т.к. ее не предупредили. Много соли, но нет стирального порошка. Хозяин скидывает дела сотрудника, но не дает его контакт и приходится его ждать. Грязная и резаная скатерть на столе. Подушки не удобные
