Charmant B&B

Bon accueil Chambre simple, propre et refaite dernièrement. Petit déjeuner avec des fruits, toasts, pâtisseries et un excellent capuccino! Très bien situé à 1 minute de la place Santa Croce et 5-10 minutes du Dome.

Very good would definitely stay again

Really friendly host who provided breakfast even when we had to leave early in the morning. Breakfast was delicious lots of choice with pastries bought fresh every morning. Really good location close to the majority of the sights and really good restaurants nearby. Wifi was really good. Our room had a nice balcony. Street was a bit noisy at night but we were provided with earplugs in case it was too loud but didn't keep us up.

Great place, but not for everyone

Pros: - central location near many resteraunts and tourist sites - very helpful staff - very good breakfast Cons: - although the owner acknowledges that it is loud (street noise, bar/club across the street) and gives you ear plugs, the noise is very difficult to deal with until the bar closes at 3am. Overall, the stay and our time in Florence was really nice, the noise just made it very difficult to rest well.

Estuvo bien en general. La habitacion era amplia. Durante la noche se escuchan bastantes ruidos del exterior ya que esta en una zona de bares. La ubicacion buena, no es en pleno centro pero se llega muy rapido. El precio esta bien.

Bom B&B em Santa Croce

B&B justo, limpo, boa localização e bom atendimento. Pode-se conhecer todo o centro histórico a pé. Pontos negativos: Internet ruim (perdi muito tempo tentando acessar) e o café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Quem tem medo de altura deve pensar bem antes de reservar, pois, o hotel fica num andar alto, com escadas vazadas (degraus) e com vidros transparentes. Tive dificuldades;

Acolhedor, muito espaçoso, com um terraço muito agradável. O único ponto menos bom foi o conforto da cama, mas nada que estragasse a estadia.

Posizione strategica e ottimi servizi

La struttura è collocata in una perfetta posizione strategica per girare Firenze a piedi (ogni luogo d'interesse si trova a massimo 10 minuti di distanza). La camera era pulita, spaziosa e con un magnifico terrazzo. La colazione ottima: soprattutto le brioches e il cappuccino. Il personale cortese e disponibile ad offrire consigli su musei, ristoranti e luoghi d'interesse. Ci torneremo!

Great location but otherwise disappointing.

The room was in a great location in Florence and was roomier than many other rooms on my trip. However, I did not feel welcome at all. The host was not personable when I arrived and seemed almost annoyed by my presence. When I woke up in the morning my room was buzzing with mosquitos in spite of the fact all windows and doors were closed.

Empfang ist sehr freundlich, Zimmer sind groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr sauber, sehr ordentlich. Das Zimmer zum Hof verfügt über einen großen Balkon. WLAN und Klimaanlage vorhanden

Overal dichtbij, maar net buiten de drukte

Heerlijke dagen gehad in Florence! B&B a Teatro ligt om de hoek bij alle bezienswaardigheden, maar genoeg uit de drukte voor een rustig verblijf. St. Croche kerk op de hoek van de straat, Duomo en Uffizi op 5 minuten lopen. Leuke eettentjes om de hoek.

central Florence overall great experience

We arrived late, but staff Roberto was welcoming and attentive. He worked very hard to help us load our google maps, helped us book Teatro de Sale (best food and entertainment ever). Breakfast was typical - coffee and a sweet roll (meh).

A little disappointed.

The lady who welcomed us, Illana, was just lovely and so helpful.Unfortunately the breakfast times were not appropriate for tours starting at 8.30 and as breakfast start wasA bit disappointed not flexible, Illana had to phone the owner for permission to give us some bread and yogurts etc. to take to our rooms for the following mornings.When we met the owner he was quite unfriendly and does not appear to have the bonhomie to run this sort of establishment.There was also a problem with a very bad mattress which once again Illana sorted. The owner was surprised At my complaint.

Excellent stay!

Really enjoyed our stay! We loved how all the rooms had a colour theme and they were big and spacious and very clean. The owner was very kind and friendly and pointed out restaurants and places to visit whilst we were there. He also suggested tours we could go on and was always asking if everything is okay. We felt really lucky we had found such a wonderful place for the price we payed! The only thing is there was no overhead lighting in the rooms so it was a little dark at nights however they had put in several lamps to help with this issue.

Posizione comoda ma niente di speciale.

siamo una coppia che ha soggiornato presso la struttura in Febbraio 2016. La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda. La colazione è povera ma compresa nel prezzo. Abbastanza bene paragonata al prezzo. Unica pecca alcuni prodotti erano scaduti (il pan bauletto e il pane per i toast da molti mesi e l'ultimo giorno hanno pure messo uno yogurt scaduto, da poco ma comunque scaduto) e non fanno fare una gran bella figura. Meglio non mettere un prodotto piuttosto che metterlo scaduto. Ci è inoltre dispiaciuto non trovare i croissant il Martedì; la proprietà ci ha chiesto se potevamo prepararci da soli la colazione dato che non poteva esserci in quell'orario,nessun problema per noi, ma poteva fare in modo di farci avere i croissant o perlomeno dirci dove comprarli e rimborsarceli. Vabbè.. La stanza dava sul cortile interno (stanza Rosa) ed abbastanza ampia, con un bel bagno ed un buon getto per la doccia, un mini terrazzino molto bello d'estate (magari per fare colazione con vista). Parte negativa è l'insonorizzazione. Si sentono molto i rumori esterni purtroppo; comunque non mi hanno dato troppo fastidio visto anche il periodo. Parte negativa il letto: è scomodissimo. È da rivedere sicuramente. Il comfort penso sia la parte più importante. La pulizia non era granché, ci hanno fatto il letto una volta in cinque giorni e una volta gli asciugamani. Nel complesso lo consiglio senza troppe pretese. È comoda la posizione il resto nulla di speciale. Grazie comunque dell'ospitalità.

Wir waren für zwei Tage in Florenz. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Wir haben von dort aus alles zu Fuß erkundet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für drei Personen mit sehr kleinem Balkon zur Straße hinaus. Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas älter aber völlig ok. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert prächtig. Allerdings war der Straßenlärm im 4. Stock sehr stark zu hören. Morgens begannen dann auch die Bauarbeiten vor der Tür. Das Frühstück nimmt man in einer kleinen Küche in der selben Etage ein. Wie italienisches Frühstück halt ist, überschaubar und sehr süß. Der Cappuccino war aber sehr groß und lecker.

Hyggelig sted, dyr parkering

Flott beliggenhet og hyggelig personale. Da vi forlot stedet halv 9 på morgenen var det fortsatt ikke satt opp noe frokost. Gratis parkering (i nærområdet) er også å ta litt hardt i, vi måtte ut med 20 euro per døgn i nærmeste parkeringshus.

Uitstekend verblijf midden in de stad

Het is eigenlijk een Bed en Breakfast - en dat is alles wat je nodig hebt. Voor de prijs kan je eigenlijk geen beter onderkomen vinden zo vlak bij het centrum - binnen loop afstand van alle bezienswaardigheden, volop eettentjes in de buurt, een taxi standplaats, een geldautomaat, gelaterias - alles is praktisch om de hoek. Ontbijt is eenvoudig maar goed verzorgd. Kamer wordt iedere dag schoongemaakt, bed opgemaakt en handdoeken verschoond indien nodig - allemaal wat je niet verwacht van een eenvoudig B & B. Zorg alleen dat je 's-morgens incheckt - in ieder geval vóór 1300 uur, want 's-middags is er niemand aanwezig en is het een beetje omslachtig om binnen te komen als je laat aankomt. Spreek even af van tevoren als je laat dreigt aan te komen. Voor de rest een prima hotelletje, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ik kom zeker nog een keer terug in Florence, en dan zeker weer in Al Teatro B & B. Betere prijs/kwaliteit verhouding kan je bijna niet krijgen.

Value for money in central location.

We were after a budget hotel for one night and was surprised for the value for money. It's quite comfortable, nice furniture in rooms with friendly staff. Would definitely recommend for people on a budget. The only downfall was the strong smell of bleach in the bathrooms.
