The property is within walking distance to main sights, and Rita, the property manager, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. This was my second visit to Florence, and I’d definitely recommend this place over others I’ve stayed at.

Great location in the center of all the main sites. Even the furthest site was only ~10 minutes away. Because it's so close to everything, was able to stop at the B&B anytime to get refreshed and some relief from the summer heat! Staff was wonderful and spoke English. Would highly recommend this beautiful establishment.

Close to all you need close to things to see and quiet clean at night. Beware. 2 flights of steps to carry luggage. But clean and well lit Complete kitchen at your disposal as well.

The saving grace for this stay was how close it was to everything. Our room smelled pretty bad upon check in. They also call it a bed and breakfast but there’s no breakfast, they have a coffee machine that only sometimes worked. The rooms are super tiny and check out is way too early at 10 am.

I booked here because of great reviews, but unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. My room was quite dirty and the air conditioning didn’t work, which made sleeping almost impossible. On the plus side, I must say that the location was unbeatable.

This is a very uncomfortable place to stay. For the cost it is better to stay at a hotel. If traveling with bags, forget this. You have to climb about 20 stairs to get to the property. Rooms are small and the bathroom is tiny with no space for anything. Poor service as no one is available at the front desk. Terrible place to stay!

Despite calling itself a BED AND BREAKFAST, the place DOESN'T provide breakfast which I found out only at check in. I find this misleading. Aside from this, the room with it's own bathroom was nice and comfortable with a good AC. It had a little fridge to keep our water cold and have a few yoghurts for breakfast. The location is fantastic (close to Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Museum). I won't stay here again because of the no breakfast option and a family with young child this doesn't work for us.

We had a great overnight at this charming little place, booking 2 rooms for our party of 5, both with en suite bath. The management were very friendly and accommodating — we were able us to store our bags there both before and after our check in/out as we explored Florence — they were also able to offer an excellent restaurant suggestion for dinner. The B&B is ideally located within easy walking distance of most major sites, but on a quiet street. The bed was comfortably firm and the common area a nice place to have a glass of wine before dinner with our group or coffee together in the morning. We skipped the in-house breakfast opting to just have starter coffee then head out for espresso and pastries nearby. The rooms were well appointed making good use of the space. The bathrooms were clean and had what we needed, again very space efficient. All in all a nice overnight for our group. Would recommend and would stay again.

Awful service, decent rooms and cleanliness.

After 9 hours of travelling, we had to wait for another 2 hours before anybody came to check us in, despite them knowing our arrival time 2 days before. When discussing with other guests, they were in the same situation as us when they checked in. The rooms were clean. The triple room was quite small for 3 people, but the location was amazing so that was the price to pay. Good cleanliness. Tea and coffee available all day. Most rooms don’t have the bathroom inside the room, you need to cross a hallway to access the bathroom which is very strange.

B&B suppose to have breakfast, hence the name B&B and I am pretty sure when I booked the room, it was with breakfast. But this B&B does not provide breakfast. It has a coffee machine and for a couple of days it was out of coffee. Fresh towels were not provided daily and I had to go and look for it in the storage room.
