We stayed at the Brunelleschi for three nights, and everything about the hotel is perfect. Although it's a bit difficult navigating to the hotel through the narrow streets of Florence, the staff was very helpful in getting us close, where a bell hop was waiting to direct us the rest of the way. Then they arranged for a driver from the garage to pick up and return the car when we checked out. Not enough emphasis seems to go to the maids who tend to the rooms, but the efforts to make our rooms up did not go unnoticed - thank you! Impeccable quality and service.
