This property is more like a hostel than a hotel. Do not stay here if you are looking for any onsite service or amenities. Nothing described in the listing was available when we stayed. We were looking for a very last minute place to stay in Florence. I booked this hotel because the listing described on site parking, breakfast and coffee in the lobby, a bar and lounge and it was in a desirable area. There were many positive reviews so I overlooked the negative ones. The room was very dirty. There was hair and other filth all over the bathroom, the walls, shower and mirror were very dirty. The floors in the room were also dirty and the blankets for the beds were also covered in hair. There is only a staff member on site from 3-6pm, everything else needs to be communicated through WhatsApp and that is unreliable and some questions went unanswered. When I asked the staff about the discrepancies between the listing and the property I was told that the listing was for a previous property the owner owned and the things I was asking about were not available. Additionally, the room keys for all guests were all left on a table unattended in the lobby along with forms that clearly displayed guests first and last names, which was a serious safety concern for us as two women travelling together. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

It was ok. Clean enough but could really use a fresh coat of paint and some new grout in the bathroom. Also it’s rather noisy if you get a room facing the street as it is right next to some kind of bus station. It didn’t prevent me from getting a good night’s sleep.

Stay was Ok,The Manager Marco was very obliging and helpful but it stopped there ,The room a single, Was the size of a postage stamp and very crowed once I had my large suitcase in there ,The shower is clean but very small ,Kept on banging my arms trying to lather up, I had paid extra for a room including breakfast ,However I was advised the first morning that Breakfast service was not available ,No compensation was offered and was told to use the bar on the corner,The hotel has NO LiFT so be warned if you have heavy luggage and are on the second floor as I was ,However the Hotel is across the road from the main rail station and is very central also there is a Tram from the airport to almost the front door of the hotel which is much cheaper than a taxi but be prepared to fight the millions of tourists apart from that ,The hotel is clean enough by Italian standards but don’t expect luxury or possibly a breakfast .

Hotel is 2 min walk from train station which was convenient. We found the photos looked nothing like the room we stayed in. If you have luggage, be warned as there are no elevators. We found the bed to be uncomfortable and the bathroom was not to standard (shower door was coming off and there was mold)

It is a great location and great space, no elevators but doable. Good AC and bed, staff was very nice, especially Julia was very helpful and super nice and welcoming.

The property is under construction and the entrance is dirty. Location is great bedside the bus and train terminal. Main floor room you hear all the street noise and the main door opening and closing at all hours. It’s a great location to travel around other towns near Florence. It’s convenient and budget friendly. Staff were great and very helpful.

Horrible experience - would give a zero if I could

This was a bad experience. Really, the only positive side to this property is the location near the train station. The condition of the building is bad. If you have heavy bags get ready to lift them up by yourself because there is no elevator - only a lot of steep stairs. The only relatively good experience was with the lady that cleans the rooms. Toilet was broken and it leaked. Bed sheets were not clean. You can readily notice that they never wash the bed decorations. There was a really bad sewer smell at the entrance, and the hotel is right in front of 2 bus stops so the noise starts from the very early morning. If you get the first floor room you are in bad luck because of the lack of insulation to the weather and to the sound. Staff service is so limited. The hotel's owner does not afford a full-time staff so if you find yourself needing something you are in bad luck because the staff is rarely there. If you are smart - you will stay away from this property.

It is a good hotel and I would stay there again. It was a bit confusing at first to get in necause you need a code, but the staff were very friendly overall. Great AC, and it had a mini fridge (not common in Italy).

가격은 상대적으로 저렴한 편입니다. 화장실 환풍기가 소음이 너무 심하여 사용할 수 없었으며, 에어콘도 시원하지 않아 고쳐줄 것을 요청했습니다. 에어컨은 하루 관광하는 동안 고쳐주었습니다. 청소와 방정리는 만족할 만큼 잘 해 주었습니다. 직원들은 비교적 친절한 편이었으나 첫날 시티택스를 지불했음에도, 다음날 다른 직원이 못받았다고 하더라 라고 해서 당황했습니다. 한번 더 머물겠느냐라고 묻는다면 글쎄요라고 대답할것 같습니다. 아, 한가지 더, 엘리베이터가 없어 짐을들고 올라가야 한다는 것도 알고 있어야할 것 같습니다.
