The breakfast is excellent for starting the day. Housekeeping is the best, it was done quickly and well done. I liked the building, it seems to be old but it is functional. The rooms were comfortable for the entire family.

We loved our stay! Reception staff was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the room was so clean & cozy. Although we saw guests at breakfast, we never heard anyone…very quiet. Location was just perfectly walkable to everything and very safe.

Economy room, top rate service

Our room was an economy room, which was very small. Advertised as 25 m², I would guess more like 11 m². However, we were not in Florence to sit in our room so it didn’t matter. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent location for walking to major sites and still not feeling the crush of the tourists! Money well spent.

From a location standpoint there are no complaints. It was close to public transportation when needed and a reasonable walk to virtually everywhere we wanted to go to. The room however was unforgivingly small. You couldn't properly unpack your luggage to get to everything you needed to given the space limitations. In addition to that the air conditioning was weak and the wifi was unprotected, slow, and often unavailable. The bed was a split mattress and sub par in terms of getting a comfortable night's sleep. They did offer a solid complimentary breakfast spread but one of the mornings we were there an attendant was constantly pestering people as they arrived about where to sit which wasn't needed at all. They also kept reaching across the table while we were eating to grab plates and glasses they thought we didn't need anymore which was really intrusive as well. People can easily find which tables are open and the tables can be cleared once everyone has left the table.

Very convenient and comfortable.

Nice hotel within easy access to all of Florence's attractions. Clean and comfortable. Only issue was that we had clicked off 'Parking' and it was listed as available which was one of the reasons for selecting the hotel. Did not realize until arrival that 'available' didn't necessarily mean included or on-site. It was reasonably priced (15 Euro/24hr) but about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

We had no air conditioning. We checked in at 7:30pm and waited till 10:40 pm for the room to cool down but realized Air conditioning wasn’t working. I went downstairs and spoke to the front desk person. He said he can’t do anything about it as it was late. We had a terrible night sleeping. I want my money to be returned.
