They were helpful enough, but the room decor was very strange. Additionally, the small room’s air conditioner didn’t work, and the bathroom was very cave-like, as you could tell it didn’t originally exist.

The room was very spacious for 4 people, and the location is ideal for travel by train, as it is less than a 5 minute walk from the train station. Distance to the major tourist attractions is a bit farther but totally walkable. The staff is very friendly and we’re very accommodating when we arrived prior to checking time. My only suggested improvement would be a safe in the t’room to lock up valuables, and also a bottle opener and glasses, but again staff was accommodating with supplying glasses. Overall an excellent staff in a spectacular city.

My favorite hotel in Florence!!
Excellent location, very nice building, close to every important spot in Florence and to stores if you want shopping. I will use this hotel forever when going to Florence !
