Very welcoming staff. They were all nice and kind, sharing a lot of places to visit. Cleaning was done every day. The bus stop was near the property which makes it much easier to roam around central florence. Had a wonderful time! Highly recommend this place.

The hotel staff were simply lovely; helpful and kind, accommodating to our needs. The hotel is a short trip to town and the bus links are superb into the city or the train station. I’d thoroughly recommend staying in the Hotel Ferrucci to any traveler!

The hotel was a little further from downtown than we thought. Our room was very small and cramped although we did notice that there were much better rooms ( maybe should have asked to move after first night). The staff were very pleasent and helpful.

It's not a perfect hotel, but the staff is exemplary. For the price, it's clean, easy to check in and out, they provide free water on arrival, nice little terrace to look at Florence. Immediately on arrival staff provided a guide for wheretl to go for coffee in the morning, and we're knowledgeable about the immediate area and how to get to the city center. I would stay here again A few things to fix: toilet seat was broken (usable), toilet flush mechanism was a little janky.
