The motel room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful at all times. The breakfast was very good. A suggestion from me to management, as to send a description of how to enter the motel and how the elevator works prior to arrival would’ve been helpful. Especially for foreign visitors. Like the central location. I would stay there again.

The hotel is very nice inside and close to the train station and near all the major sights. Best of all friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast in the morning. We would highly recommend this hotel, it's the best one we have stayed in so far in our travels through Europe.

This place is a real gem in Florence. My family felt very safe with the setup. The location is conveniently located near the train station and great eateries. We never ran out of food options only a 5 min walk away. Breakfast was also good and they had cappuccinos, freshly baked breads, fresh omelets, juice, deli meats and cheese. Staff really works hard to make sure you are happy and that’s what we were looking for in a hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Florence.

The apartment is located very central. 5 minutes walking from the train station and 10 minutes from Santa maria del fiore Cathedral. All main tourist locations are within 20 minutes walk. Breakfast was very good. Cakes and croissants are homemade and they give you also a small selection of charcutery and cheese. On request they also make scrambled eggs. The only con was the noise. Rooms are not very well isolated so you can here people walking outside your room. Our room was in front of the kitchen so we could here the preparation of the breakfast at 7 am. For the rest it was a convinient place to stay. They really focus on costumer care. Worth the money for sure

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from the train station and within easy reach of all the main tourist attractions, including the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right.

We LOVED this property. For US/CA tourists, please consider this location for your stay. It was very secure, the beds are firm, there is good water pressure, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate breakfast and luggage storage. Very good experience.

So close to the Train station it is walking distance to any major attractions and shops are all very close for any snack purchase the Hotel provides you plenty of water . The beds are comfortable clean the hotel smells so heavenly the staff are amazing helpful and polite they go way beyond bto make you feel welcomed!
