Air conditioning broke down twice in which my room was a few degrees hotter than outside Florence. That’s pretty miserable. The other thing I would slightly ding this place for is that just needs more emphasis on paying attention to instructions on how to get in. I wasn’t the only one when I got there that week to have just a bit of trouble getting in. This place is very very clean. Super central. The highlight was the water cooler which was a godsend. Considering how central you are, it’s good to go back to this place and rehydrate. This place is a solid 4/5 stars but the 2 days of AC breaking killed me. I won’t fault this place for having terrible internet connection. I think that’s just all of Florence. Maybe at a nice hotel it’s more reliable. But it was in line with general internet usage in Florence.

Two things, the room smelled like it was old, but everything was very clean and tidy, and what I disliked the most was that they didn't answer whatsup because I had problems entering the property. They didn't answer my WhatsApp because I had questions about the code, I was outside for 40 minutes with my suitcases waiting, then when we were able to enter, as there was no information about the Wi-Fi inside the room, I tried to communicate again by WhatsApp and nothing, it was the next day that I left the room to the office, which was closed, and I saw that on a little card there was the Wi-Fi information. For someone arriving on a vacation trip, it was very frustrating.

Perfect location in Florence

I had a very pleasant stay. Quiet, clean and excellent location right in the city center. Most places of interest are within walking distance. The hosts were really welcoming and kindly offered information to move around in the city. Single bed was comfortable but being used to a double- sized bed, I found it a bit too narrow. I would stay here again, though!

Il Salotto stay

Il Salotto is located right in front of the duomo where all the action is, prime location where we enjoyed the easy convenient distances to everything. The check-in is until 2pm so after that you get code instructions to access your rental. No hassle for 2 nights. The breakfast though is a bit late starting at 8am to 10am as we had an early tour at 8 so we went on empty stomach. They also clean up the breakfast really fast ( nothing available anymore at 10). Besides that everything was good. The city of Firenze is beautiful

房間不乾淨，床單上還有污漬，訂房時也沒標注櫃檯人員下午兩點就下班，抵達前一天才寄mail通知，很糟糕。我自助check in搞了半天才弄好。房間滿陰暗的，但地點不錯。但房間實在太髒，所以我臨時改去住別家飯店。

Melhor local de Firenze, voltamos em breve.

Utilizamos 2 apartamentos,um vista para a Via Roma e outro com sacada. Local é o point da cidade, local privilegiado, melhor da cidade, próximo de tudo. Pode-se visitar tudo andando ao redor. Muito próximo da estação de trens de alta velocidade, (Estazione Novella), fomos á pé admirando os locais. Muito limpo. O café da manhã até as 9 horas pode ser feito por você mesmo no restaurante. Após as 9 horas tem uma pessoa que prepara os lanches e tudo mais. Saída até 11 horas da manhã, mas pode deixar sua bagagem e aproveitar até a tarde. Caso chegue tarde para o Checkin, receberá todas as instruções e Senhas de acesso por E-mail. Recomendo pra todos. Preço ótimo. Nelson from Brazil.

This b&b is in an extraordinary location convenient to everything. It is very well appointed--my room was large, airy, and very quiet despite being on a busy street. The young man at the desk was very gracious and helpful. I will definitely stay her again.

Like Staying on Broadway

Truly in city center, for site seeing or designer shopping. The hotel sets above the Gucci store and across the street from the Prada Store, while being less than 100 yards from the Baptismal in the square. The most challenging and secure thing about this hotel is that you have to get through four locked doors to be in your modern comfortable room. It would be my first choice on my next trip to Florence.
