The hotel is amazing! It’s in the perfect location and the private rooftop has breathtaking views especially when the sun sets. The staff is extremely helpful, the elevator works very well and the surround area of the hotel is just top tier.

We enjoyed our stay, and our room was nice and comfortable. The staff is friendly. You have to keep in mind that this is a small hotel or B&B and only the 2nd floor of the building is it. This building is shared and is an older building with a smell in areas outside of the room. Overall I would not let this discourage staying here. I would definitely recommend and return. The location is probably one of the best in Florence.

Perfect location, was able to come back if we needed to and rest. Shower was very nice. Bed slightly noisy, seems like two small beds put together but didn’t have issues sleeping. Very nice view from terrace. Smell from building didn’t bother us that much.

The room was a bit tight BUT for the location & price we considered it a palace! The bathroom was large by comparison and modern. The room and common areas were very well maintained and very clean. The front desk was beyond lovely and very accommodating. The view from the rooftop was stunning!!

This hotel is located in a great location that was walking distance to everything my husband and I wanted to see. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they were able to get a taxi for us to the train station. The room was also very sound proof. We were not able to hear other guests even though the hotel was full during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is the most gorgeous property with beautiful rooms and one of a kind terrace with the view of Duomo Florence. It’s situated at the absolute best location! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. She was very clear with instructions to check-in and helped us settle in easily. They also had a breakfast spread and the staff went above and beyond to even pack us breakfast to-go on the day our check out since we had to leave early in the day! Overall, a very smooth, friendly and gorgeous stay. I highly recommend this place.
