Honestly out of the 3 hotels I stayed this would be the last one I liked. Would not book again. Located near the train station but other than that was not impressed at all.

Great location. Older place.
Good location, easier accessibility to the public transportation options and closer to the railway stations like firenzi rifredi and firenzi SMN. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Hotel was bit old and the room is not very comfortable. Lot of disturbances from other rooms and the AC in our room started leaking water in the middle of the night.

This property was in a great location, quick tram ride into the city center. Hotel was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay. The only thing That could have been better was the breakfast! I would 10/10 recommend staying here and will definitely book again if I ever come back!

It is a simple and very convenient hotel outside Florence downtown...the breakfast is awesome. The stuff is very profesional and their english is perfect !!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Divs but the fridge in our room didn’t always work. This was significant as my partner is diabetic and needs to store his insulin in a fridge to keep it usable

Overall, we (my bf and I) had a positive experience. They let us check in a little early. The room was clean. We liked that we could buy tram tickets at the receptions desk. It is a short (5 minute) walk from the tram. This is a very basic hotel, nothing fancy. If you just need a place to sleep, chill out, this is a good pick.

The immaculate cleanliness of the hotel and room. Friendly staff, always willing to help with advice and information. Breakfast was simple but well presented and good quality. Tram station to city centre close by. Local eating places were easy to find and very good. Beds were comfortable. Toiletries and clean towels were provided. Would have liked a kettle and mugs as most hotels supply these. Over all a very pleasant stay.

Convenient to the airport. Easy to find. Parking was not free. Garage at hotel costs 10 Euro per night. I suppose we could have parked on the street although we preferred the security of the garage and parking next to hotel on street looked to require a resident permit. Would stay there again when using the Florence airport. Very clean room.

There is a very unfriendly and unwelcoming female staff member at reception - who made me feel very uncomfortable with her looks and stares, being someone from a different ethnic background. I'm unsure whether she is in fact, the hotel manager. The only friendly staff, was a lady tending to the kitchen/working during breakfast time. And the man on reception in the late late hours of the night. They had very genuine smiles. Pleasantly spacious room and bathroom, but unfortunately very thin walls - at night I could hear the next rooms tv very clear and loud; their conversations between each other; their showers being run; and even the use of the toilet. It got so much at one point I found myself saying out loud in the dark "Please, I'm trying to sleep" - and to my surprise, the loud talking stopped straight away! Breakfast had a selection, but unfortunately no hot food like the offering of at least scrambled egg and frankfurt sausage you see in other European buffets. So that was a little disappointing. Unfortunately not a hotel I will be recommending to anyone which is a shame, and solely due to how the lady was towards me at reception each time. Was a sad thing for me to encounter each day.

Ok for an overnight at the airport
The Diva is located about 2 km from the airport which is why we stayed. The area offers little for tourists. Parking was very difficult. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but quite clean. Breakfast was included, but it wasn't the best we had in Italy.

Great access to public transportation (Bus22)
The hotel is located in the middle of neighborhood and there are enough street light when I go back after sunset. I prefer to stay little far from the main city because there are too many tourists near by Duomo. The location for the hotel was about 25 min by bus (€2 each if you buy the ticket in the bus) and the bus conveniently come around every 15-20 minutes. I can recommend for any groups including solo female travelor. There are lots of varieties at breakfast. All staff who work in the morning, day time, and night were very friendly. I will definitely book this hotel again when I go to Duomo area.

Close to the airport
We stayed for one night to leave for the airport which is about 10 minutes away. The hotel staff were very friendly, the room was spotless, the breakfast was good and the location to central Florence was easily reached by taxi for a good price.

Quiet, away from the hustle & bustle of Florence.
From the moment of arrival, we were welcomed warmly. The receptionist spoke excellent English. The room was airy and light. There was an air-conditioning unit which was very useful in the hot weather. Every time we needed anything, all we had to do was ask. All service was delivered with a smile.

One night in Florence
Stayed one night for a flight out of Florence Airport. Both staff members we encountered were extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was adequate and more than most we received in Italy. The room was OK,large, clean and the air conditioning was great. We were given directions to a restaurant that was very good and within walking distance from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for people who are traveling in or out of the airport and do not need to be in the main area of Florence.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. I would recommend it if you have to stay overnight to catch a flight. It's very basic and the rooms are small, but it is clean and reasonably comfortable. The neighborhood is nothing to write home about, but there are some decent restaurants nearby. The free WiFi did not really work.

Good hotel for the price, 20mins from attractions
When we arrived, we were very underwhelmed by the neighbourhood and found ourselves worrying about what we were going to find. The entrance and lobby to the hotel was modest but nice, and the staff were friendly. The room was absolutely huge for a hotel room, forget a budget room. It could just be as we were in a triple room but even still, hotels normally try and get away with making rooms as small as they can get away with but it was massive. It was a bit drab I guess but the flooring was pretty. The bathroom was small considering the room size but well done and clean. It was a short bus ride away from the majority of the tourist attractions and the bus stop was just around the corner. The buses proved to always be on time and were ver reliable. There isn't much in the immediate area apart from a couple of mediocre food places. The place was a pleasant surprise though and I would definitely recommend.

This hotel is a short distance from the airport.
This hotel is convenient to the heart of Florence by taxi. The staff were efficient, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful stay at Florence hotel.
Our stay was lovely! We reserved a room with 3 beds, and ended up with a 2-bedroom suite, complete with a dining area and kitchen! Very, very nice! The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, we had to catch an early-morning flight, so we were unable to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully longer next time!

Perfect hotel for an early morning flight. Clean, free wifi, and very helpful and bilingual staff. If you are visiting Florence, this is not a good place to stay as it is removed from town in a neighborhood were there is nothing going on. But foe airport access, it's perfect.

This hotel provided good value for money. The staff were very acconmmodating and its location allowed us to get to and from the city centre easily using the local bus. It is also less than 2km from Florence airport.

Great Apartment for 4 (Students will love it!)
I can only speak about our experience in the apartment for 4 nights (I.e. Breakfast wasn't included) but from that, it was fantastic. The staff were brilliant first off - they helped us find our way around, were available at 4am when we came home from nights out and genuinely nice, all of the time. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and completely kitted out with towels, soap, pots and pans, cups, plates, a stove, a washing machine (pretty much a mini house). We had no problems with any of the appliances or bathroom area (toilet and shower) and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout. The beds were very comfortable and there was an incredible amount of space in the whole apartment, including the wardrobes. The WiFi was easy to access and worked well most of the time. The hotel was a 5 min walk from the nearest bus stop into the city centre. If you were really desperate (as we were on a number of occasions) you could walk in about an hour to an hour and a half. The route was also quite simple. About 15-20 mins from the hotel, there was a very cheap supermarket.(very decent wine for €1.60 😉). The room accommodated the four of us perfectly and on top of everything else, the price came to €85 each for the 4 nights! You pay alot less for a great standard 👌

Chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. Access into the centre by bus is easy although busses fill up quickly. Staff were very pleasant and helpful (family operated). The facility looks unimpressive but is kept clean and quite acceptable for those on a modest budget. Breakfast was decent and plentiful. WiFi and TV are basic.

A superb hotel 15 mins from Station
LOCATION: 15 mins from the station by bus... most tourist spots are also easily accessible by bus... bus tickets available at the hotel STAFF: extremely professional... gave us all the required infromation as soon as we reached FOOD: good options in breakfast ROOM: good clean room... decent wifi OVERALL: an excellent budget hotel
