All of the staff was super friendly, nice, and helpful. The breakfast was incredible! Train stations were easy to get to from the hotel and taxis came by often. Short walk to Dotonburi made it fun to grab a bite! Would recommend a stay here! Thank you for the great stay!

The room is in a quiet area away from dotonbori about 15 minutes walking. It’s about a 10 min walk from the train station. The place is clean. Rooms are small but adequate.

More comfortable stay, good value

Good stay, great location. Has multiple conbini around it and only 15 minutes walk to the main shopping street. Big lobby and easy check in upon arrival. Room was a bit small and didn’t have much storage space for suitcases, but it had everything we needed in the room so can’t complain. Really good breakfast, buffet style with so many options in foods and drinks, but the dining room was giving prison cafeteria. It was so sterile and plain, felt like eating in a conference room with white lights.

Safe and quiet neighborhood.

A bit of a walk from the closest metro, but neighborhood was quiet and safe. Close to several grocery, convenience store, restaurants. Room service every 4 days but you can request a cleaning if needed, and they provided fresh clean towels everyday automatically. Would stay here again
