We loved this property, it looked exactly like the photos, the room was very clean, spacious and beautiful. My partner and I had such a wonderful time. Staff was incredible at the front desk with any questions we had as well as booking us a taxi for our early morning train when we left. This hotel was walkable to many incredible restaurants as well as the Duomo in Florence. We will be recommending this Hotel to anyone traveling through Florence.

Great location, well maintained property. One young lady who works as a hostess is super helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. However, gets extremely hot in the top floor rooms and the air conditioning is not able to keep up. A fan helps though. Recommend booking on the 2nd floor.

We were very disappointed with every aspect of this property. It was dirty and in a bad neighborhood. It was our first trip to Italy and we felt scammed. I don’t understand why Expedia would endorse such properties.

We had a great stay, the room was huge and beautiful with a free standing bath and stunning ceilings. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Excellent location - 10 min walk to the duomo and lots of shops around. Really recommend this hotel, great price too!

The room was horrible. We had wires coming from the ceiling. No windows. The AC didn’t work. We had no hot water. And got terrorized my mesquites.

the room I was assigned did not have any functioning air conditioning. This made my stay extremely uncomfortable, especially given the high temperatures during my visit. When I approached the front desk to address this issue, the staff member I spoke with was notably rude and dismissive. Her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to provide any helpful information was disappointing and not in line with the standard of service I expected from your establishment. Additionally, I was not informed about the parking fee when I made my reservation or during check-in. I was under the impression that parking was complimentary, as there was no mention of any charges on your website or in my booking confirmation. This unexpected expense was an unpleasant surprise at check-out. The overall cleanliness of the hotel also left much to be desired. While the interior of the room was passable, the exterior areas were dirty and poorly maintained. This greatly detracted from the overall ambiance of the hotel and my comfort during the stay.

We felt it was in an ideal location, close to cafes and bars for night life with activity. I felt safe and close to everything I had planned during my visit. I would stay there again. The room itself was clean and had beautiful views of the city with from multiple windows.

My wife, two kids, and I rented a two-bedroom/two-bath suite with a kitchen. One of the worst places we’ve used. we wanted to leave after day 1. Here is a list of some of the problems: 1. No Parking. Even though I called the property before making the reservation to ensure they have parking, which they told me they do. No parking was available when we checked in. 2. The most uncomfortable beds we've ever used. The beds/mattresses sag five or more inches in the middle and slant to the side where people usually sit. 3. Worst breakfast ever; absolute waste of money. We pre-purchased breakfast for four days, but did not go back after the first time. They refused to give us a refund. 4. The shower heads in both bathrooms did not work. The showers did not even have a tray or niche. Had to place the soap bars we purchased on the shower floor. 5. It would take approximately 10-15 for the hot water to reach the rooms. After using cold water for showering on the first, we learned the trick of running the water for 15 min until we got hot water. What a waste of water. 6. The TVs would not turn off, even after replacing the batteries in the remote controls. Not a single channel in English on TV. 7. No sofa in the suite. Had to use the stools in the kitchen to sit together as a family. 8. Very loud construction noise. One day the hammering started at 08:30am. It felt as if the hammering was inside our suite, and the hammering lasted for hours.

Easily the WORST hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room is essentially a hot, dirty, stinky, windowless dungeon - this hotel should be embarrassed for considering this a hotel room and charging people money for it. The photos are extremely deceptive. Looks nothing like what was advertised. The AC does not work (the machine blows out warm air). Staff was rude about the air conditioning issue, the room never got colder and smelled awful. The room smells strongly of mold and we left with our belongings still smelling like mold. They also only provided 2 small hand towels and no soap products. This hotel cuts corners at every opportunity. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL
