Lovely Florence stay

Very cozy, comfortable room. Lovely decor in room and breakfast area. Excellent location, safe, and walkable to sight-see and restaurants. Very friendly and welcoming staff at reception. Highly recommended and will stay here again for sure!

Centrally located and comfortable hotel room with delicious breakfast and cappuccinos. We arrived and were greeted by staff who helped us get situated. Large room and comfortable beds. Beautiful historical charm to the building. So much history within walking distance.

Well-spoken English, great location on a main road near the river, elevator access, free & delicious breakfast, courtesy welcome bottle of wine, felt very private, and clean! Highly recommend!
Clean toilet & bidet. Plenty of air flow from the quiet courtyard, too.

Florence Boutique Hotel

The most unique experience in downtown Florence. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to the Museum, Duomo and shopping. This boutique hotel was very lovely. Staff was very helpful, Manuela went above and beyond. Wine and amazing breakfast included!!!

The staff was absolutely amazing from booking to check-out. The location was on a very nice, safe street and walkable to the major sites. The room and bathroom were spacious and well equipped. The only complaint is the breakfast was minimal and there were no hot foods offered. It was mostly breads, however, the staff offered fresh espresso beverages which was nice. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Unfortunately, we had memu ossyes with the hotel. The rooms are HUGE, which alomg with the location are the only two positives. Issues were with the parking arrangement, a broken main door, gallons of water leaking all over the floor during every shower, the doorbell could be heard in our room, and a horrible mattress (it has caved in).

Location was nice just a short walk over the bridge to the busy part of Florence. It was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good. It was a little bit difficult to find but once you found it, it was great.

Great location, nice room. The check in was very easy. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Florence. We didn't get a chance to enjoy their breakfast as we left early the next morning to catch a train to Naples. The staff place in our fridge items for breakfast but it's hard to eat that early in the morning but it was extremely thoughtful.

Great location

We were very pleased with our stay here. The service was excellent and their breakfast exceeded our expectations. Also loved the location, which is a 5 min walk from Ponte Vecchio. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
