Very nice spacious place, beautifully decorated, clean and nice warm lighting, excellent after a long day of walking around the city! Great location, 10 mins walk to the train station and 5-7 mins walk to main historical sites! Lovely staff, delicious food at the restaurants around. Would definitely recommend!

We were greated by staff as we arrived several hours before check in, we were able to leave our luggage and walk about the city. Once we returned our luggage was already delivered to our room. this hotel is amazing! it’s so nice. the staff are extremely helpful and took our bags up and helped us book a dinner reservation. our room even had a sauna! the room was extremely clean as well. very centrally located, which made it easy to do the big florence sightseeing. also close to some good shopping and restaurants! would recommend staying here!
