Location near the Duomo and the piazza. The only frustrating thing about the room is you have to use the room key for power, meaning you cannot charge anything (like a phone or computer) unless you’re in the room. Breakfast fare was a nice variety and the gal running the breakfast room was delightful!

The staff was beyond helpful with helping us carry the strollers for both our babies up and down the staircases every time we entered the hotel despite the lobby being on a separate floor from the entrance. Our room had a classic feel but was well maintained and the bathrooms were recently renovated.

This is a decent 4 star hotel in a great central location. Pluses: location, good price, clean room with good quiet aircon and wifi, comfortable bed. Warm welcome from staff. Minuses: lots of stairs and decor is a bit dated.
