BEWARE: will try to charge a cleaning fee of 120 euros (even for a 1-night stay) We contested and did not pay it because it was not disclosed clearly anywhere and for a stay of 150 euros, it was completely insane. We also waited over 30min to have someone come and let us in, even with repeated heads-up messages. Not the cleanest place, and the place could use some work. Otherwise, fantastic location.

Enorme appartamento in pieno centro. Check-in annunciato per tempo ma ho dovuto aspettare quasi mezz’ora al freddo prima che arrivassero. Le condizioni generali dell’appartamento non sono molto buone. Addirittura la scala di accesso era senza corrente e ascensore non funzionante. Alla sera era molto pericoloso camminare per arrivare all’appartamento. È il prezzo dell’appartamento è molto buono, bisogna fare attenzione ai costi di pulizia che su hotels.com sono molto mal segnalati soprattutto se si prenota dalla app. La proprietà è comunque ragionevole e abbiamo trovato una soluzione ai problemi riscontrati.

Ottima posizione al centro di firenze , appartamento che puo’ pspitare anche 10 persone , da migliorare la pulizia dei pavimenti che sono pieni di polvere , visto gli alti costi della pulizia finale , 3 adulri e 3 bambini 1 notte , pagato 120 di pulizia e 189 la camera , nn adatto se volete lasciare le valigie in quanto nn hanno reception , la posizione e’ pero’ ottima
