"Nice hotel. Staff is great, rooms are well appointed and clean. Only 2 negatives. The barn door to the bathroom isn’t great, Husband got locked inside because it got stuck. They sorta fixed it right away, but then it didn’t close all the way. The roads are under construction. Getting around is almost impossible. Once the roadwork is done, I’m sure it will be great. Very convenient to Chase Field, but because of the roadwork the street car station was closed and we had to take our car to the game...

"It was convenient place to stay after the DBacks game in downtown Phoenix and it was close to restaurants and entertainment. Check in and out was easy and then ladies were very nice. Our room and some very noticeable blemishes that made it look run down and if they were addressed it would be a 5 star for condition. Also I think that 43$ a night for valet is a bit much but and the website read $38. Oh well ..overall it was nice"

"Beautiful 1929 vintage architecture meets when you're driving up. Our two queen beds were top of the line, and the room was spacious, with no problems at all in the room from the coffee machine to the showerhead and toilets. The pool and restaurant staff were plentiful, well versed in their trade. The was a twist on the top-of-the-line steak house. The meats had some to a lot of smoke prepration and served in a South American fashion."
