"Pros: Dated but clean. Spacious room and bathroom. Great location and decent price. Good bagels and muffins. Nice staff, especially Layna in housekeeping. Con’s: A few tweaks would help, like some hooks on the walls near the door to hang jackets/bags, full length mirror, small corner bathroom shelf at chest level in the shower and some storage shelves in the wasted space under bathroom sink. The coffee was way too strong and they have no half and half, so you must microwave a lot of milk to even change the color of your coffee without cooling the coffee. A toaster for the bagels would be welcome. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and those little tweaks would really elevate your stay. "

"Our room here was modest in size (as expected in downtown Manhattan), but had everything that we needed. The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Security was excellent, making sure that only registered guests had access to the elevators which went up to the rooms. The location was right in the theater district, which made it handy for going to Broadway shows."

"We were there for 5 days. We’re told they’d clean every other day. They never cleaned our room. I paid extra for CITY VIEW!!! Our view was of another building. No city view!!! They were under construction that wasn’t told to us before hand. "

"Not a bad place for the price but a bit micro hotels. Won’t want to spend time there but you’re in NYC so you shouldn’t be anyway. However, confusing shower adjustments, no hot water and a black out curtain that did close all the way so the lights from across the courtyard blared all night."
