"The property was convenient and very comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful. The restaurant was not as expected - few wines to choose from, quality of food was okay but not great. Meal was expensive and food did not come out at the same time so one in our party had cold dinner. Breakfast was good but expensive. Bar was not manned so we had to track someone down to get a drink and staff covering bar our last night was very rude and inflexible. This location would do well to remember that customer service should be at the pinnacle of their charter for success."
