"The shower has jets that were not clean and you could see the "scum buildup". The overflow drain in the sink was coated with "black crud". I had to clean it before I would brush my teeth. And I wouldn't even use the tub. Also, the food at Soco Smokehouse was not any better. The turkey was very dry and the sausage was over smoked and the ends were hard. The brisket needed longer in the smoker the white marveling was not cooked. Very disappointing. We stay there frequently, but I will rethink in the future."

"From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and there were plenty of options like eggs, sausages, cereal, yogurt, bagels, and muffins. The view in the back is beautiful. I instantly regretted not getting the balcony room when I saw the view in the back. The hotel is clean and the beds were very comfortable. "

"Absolutely loved the little cottages, feels like a home away from home… check-in took less than 5 minutes & checkout was a breeze! Full kitchen fully stocked! Thats what i loved the most 100% and a dishwasher, i dont even have a dishwasher at home so I truely was on vacation not having to hand wash dishes nightly…. This is 100% 5/5 stars only thing i would mention is the only tv in the cottage is in the living room; luckily i always bring a tv for my sons xbox so we gave him the living room for xbox (hdmi/gaming friendly) and we took his little tv and put in master bedroom.. other than only 1 tv we absolutely love this place! We will be back! "

"This is a solid budget option if you just need a place to sleep. The rooms are clean but definetly outdated, and there are not many extras. A nice bonus is that some rooms have a riverside view, which adds a bit of charm. You can even fish by the banks or sit by the firepit to relax. Overall its a good pick if you care more about price and cleaniness than modern amenities."

"Very convenient to the casino. Room was clean, just could use some updating. Breakfast was only waffles and cereal but was fine after at night out at the casino bar. Staff were very nice."
