"First, we did not know this was a rehab timeshare.. It was built around an abandoned golf course in the Sapphire Valley. The architecture is probably from the 70s. Check again was horrible. You go to a check-in center and then have to drive back 2 miles to your property with an amount from 1992. That show shows you how to find your property. It was very stressful coming in late and tired. We got off to a terrible start. Once we got in the room it was nice because it was a one bedroom suite and we had a sitting area and aFirst, we did not know this was a rehab timeshare.. The people next to us were loud because the walls must’ve been very thin."

"If I could give Brook Trout Inn ten stars I would. Julie, her husband Steve, and their right hand woman, Holly, were welcolming, friendly and helpful. The facilities were spotless, the breakfast eggs were cooked to order with almost everything else you could ask for to start the day. Run, don't walk to this Inn the next time you are in the area and need somewhere to stay. Who needs a chain hotel when you can stay with what feels like family❤️? Also, we brought our 17'9" boat and parking was no problem on the property."

"The sunset Retro motor court that has been smartly refurbished. There are new owners who have just taken over within the last few days. They have great plans for the cute motel. It is in a great location easy to access Boulevard and the surroundings. My wife and I had a blast, especially since it was a throwback to the motor court days. Next trip to Brevard we will stay there."

"I had an amazing stay. The location is perfect for exploring pisgah. The cabin was exactly as pictured, no AI used. Everything was so clean I thought it might be new. Nice little place at the bottom called the hub. Excellent food trucks, coffee bar in the morning, craft beers on tap. I don’t write reviews often but this place deserves 6 out of 5 stars."
