"The room is dated, but exceeded my expectations for the price. I didn't feel unsafe, the property around the outside was clean and I didn't see a single bug inside the room. Sure, the guy at check-in recited the rules for what felt like 20 minutes, which gave me the impression that he used to be a carny or something at the local fair, but at the same time, I knew that they had very strict rules and he wouldn't allow any crazies to come in, which made me feel secure as a solo female traveler. Tub was clean and the water was nice and hot. I brought lysol wipes and went over everything as I do at every hotel. Blanket had cigarette burns, which was gross, but I brought my own blankets and pillows and the room didn't smell like smoke at all. It honestly wasn't that bad. Worth the price. I'd stay there again."
