"We truly loved the property and enjoyed our stay. The session with the tea master/calligrapher was wonderful. The staff was helpful throughout. Just a note to people unfamiliar with the area: the property is extremely close to the Western gate, which is very convenient for entry to the national park. If you are planning on entering the park through the middle or eastern gates, it is much less convenient. The park is enormous and the drive to the other gates can take an hour or longer. However, Western gate access is amazing!"

"Even before we arrived, we were already in the caring hands of the hotel's concierge, Susan，She tailored the perfect sightseeing itinerary around our schedule and the weather, and even sorted out our onward transportation to the next stop. Whatever we needed, she responded right away and took care of everything flawlessly. The hotel is full of thoughtful touches, but the standout for us was the laundry service — no matter how late we sent our clothes out, the next morning we'd open the door to find them washed, neatly folded, and waiting in the laundry basket. I thanked Concierge Susan in person for the wonderful care she gave our family of four. She told me she genuinely loves her job and does her utmost to make every guest's stay a joy — "that's what hospitality is all about," she said. As for the hotel itself, the location and facilities are simply impeccable. My only wish is that every hotel we stay at had a Concierge Susan."

"This place is absolutely wonderful! The rooms are spacious, the views are lovely to wake up to, and the breakfast is plentiful with a great variety of options. Above all, the staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special shout-out to Chelsey, who was an absolute delight. She sat down with my partner and me to help plan our day, making sure we could make the most of our limited time. She also gave us great recommendations for places to eat when we went into town. She was a lifesaver, as I hadn’t realized just how much there was to see at the park! Her thoughtfulness and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference to our stay. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!"

"The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Tiffany was especially helpful with booking trips and giving us valuable recommendations for parks and activities to enjoy. The hotel also offers airport transfers at a reasonable fee, which was very convenient. I wouldn’t describe this as a traditional 5-star hotel, but it has something even more special—a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff is incredibly helpful, the location is beautiful, and overall, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!"
