"Be warned that you need early coordination for key pickup as there is no reception or self-checkin, which we were aware before booking. We had to wait over an hour to meet the host late in the evening when we were so tired. The condition of the apartment was bad. Faucet was broken (though usable), cracks on walls and ants in the kitchen. We would've left if we had other availability nearby. "

"Lockers were a good size and bed was comfy but on my first night there was an ant infestation in the communal eating area. On the 2nd and 3rd night the air con didn’t work which made the room unbearable to sleep in. The staff brought 3 fans but they were quite small and the room had over 30 people in it so the fans didnt make it better. Also the Wi-Fi was very inconsistent "
"This is a room in a shared apartment with 3 bedrooms. The bedroom door rattles loudly when opening and closing. The window is missing a curtain, making it impossible to sleep in the dark. The bed slats are too short and fall down at the slightest movement. Finally, the owner made us pay an additional fee for a 6th person even though we were 5. Avoid!"

"Wonderful location & a new building. Breakfast buffet was well worth the extra charge. They have an outside patio to enjoy your breakfast or tapas. The tapas lounge offered just the right amount of good quality food.
All staff— front desk & housekeeping were very friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend & would come back to stay Should we be this way again. Thank you for everyone "
"We enjoyed our stay with Intercontinental. The staff was great . The location is fantastic as it is near the bus station , walkable going to city centre which we love . Rooms are clean and the amazing . The highlight was the breakfast that they prepare for us when we had to check out early was something we won’t forget - intercontinental went far and beyond than we expect even the smallest detail of providing us water was exceptional and thought for . Well Done to the team. We would go back to IHG Slovenia for sure."
