"We stayed as we were flying out very early back to Canada . It was pricey and paying for the shuttle seemed ludicrous. The staff at the hotel lounge we’re honestly terrible! The one gal avoided me as I was standing waiting to order drinks and it wasn’t even busy. Then our burger was raw so the main waiter took it back . The waitress brought two small plates after I told her we were sharing that we’re do small we had to eat small bits at a time and she didn’t even bring napkins :((
Although convenient don’t think we’d stay at that particular hotel again for the cost ."
"When we turned down the bed to go to sleep we saw a redish/Brown stain on the sheet covering the matress. My mother who travels to northlake for a medical treatment every three months is very stricted when it comes to cleanlyness and was very upset about finding the stain so I went and told the front desk that there was a stain on our sheet he replyed in a cold manner saying her would be up in a little while to take a look. When he arrived he replaced the sheet and made the bed and said it looked like a rust stain. I said sorry for the trouble and thanked him. I thanked him because it wasn't his fault it was the cleaners fault but he looked and sounded really angry and left. The only other problem was the hand soap was out as well as the body wash.
We love to stay here for the convenance. Close to the Shopping centers and Costco. The lake is also a very nice place to relax and unwind. The lady receptionist on the morning of our checkout was very polite. We will make another booking but might ring up and ask for our sheets to be changed before our arrival next time."
"Stayed on the third floor and there is NO LIFT, had to carry bags up stairwell, never again. Breakfast included, no milk for coffee, make your own, had corn flakes and muesli only, make your own toast with staff topping up bread with no hygiene and bare hands. Definitely as described - Budget ( at a price)"
