Dear Ronald. It's not our fault that you booked on the wrong days. You did not stay at the property and the person you sent said he was happy with him stay.So I don't understand why you say it was dirty if you weren't there. I also don't feel it's rude to explain to you why the payment for your reservation couldn't be refunded, unfortunately the one who made the mistake on the dates was you and the reservation was non-refundable.

The property was clean neat no complaints. The only issue, nothing to do with the property-was we couldn’t find a grocery or convenience store within walking distance. We survived tho. We don’t have a vehicle to really drive anywhere.

Very nice clean and nice place. The neighborhood is nice and I felt safe. Great communication with Alex. The only bad thing about the place is that the walls are very thin. We were able to hear conversations going on and they weren't even talking loud, so definitely made me feel a bit awkward and uncomfortable. Besides that, nice place.

The property was very well maintained. The unit I stayed in, for sure was better then expected. It was a beautiful set up and perfect for what I nedded. The line of communication was hands down the best I've ever had with an owner in my many travels for work! 10/10 All around! I can't wait to come back with my fiancé for our next vacation. The condo was good for what we needed, a night to stay before our rescheduled flight. Not a lot of living room furniture to sit on, so I wouldn’t recommend more than 2 guests at a time. The bed was super low to the floor which I wasn’t fond of and there was no tv in the bedroom so we could hear the guests next door laughing and having a good time. But other than that it worked

We are touring America staying in many hotels and accommodations and I can honestly say this is one of the cleanest , well presented places we have stayed. The location is excellent very safe in lovely surroundings, within walking distance of the galleria and a short drive to los olas beach . We will definitely recommend and hopefully return

Property was centrally located with nearby shopping and the beach just minutes away. Great neighborhood! Felt safe and you could hear a pin drop. Enjoyed the mangoes that fell off the tree. Would recommend this property!

This was a very nice place to stay for a night while I was in town for work. Immaculately clean, with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a private outdoor patio area, and two parking spots right outside my door. There was no check-in process, just a door code - couldn't be more simple than that. The owner sent a welcome text after my check-in time and offered several dining recommendations as well. I'd absolutely recommend staying here, especially if you're traveling with companions.

The condo was spacious, clean and in an area that was pleasant for walking. It was also quiet and had a good supply of dishes, cutlery and pots. We really appreciated the pods of coffee left. The bed was comfortable and the bed linens and towels were clean and in good condition. Please consider the additionn of tea towels, saran wrap and foil for the kitchen.

This was a very disappointed lodging experience I've ever had in my trip to Florida. The bath room is extremely small, and the bed was in a poor condition. It only has a paper thin sheet on the bed, though they provide blanket but it looks dirty. The lamp at one side of the bed was broken, and there was only one wall outlet for charging mobile devices. The room has wall mounted air conditioner which is shabby, couldn't provide comfortable room temperature. The worst thing is the coffee machine is very shabby and dirty, I can't use it because it's too dirty. I called the host to tell him that I need a coffee machine or a你electric kettle which in a good condition, the host first said this was the one they can provide, after I insisted, he told me that he would ask someone to buy an electric kettle and sent to me later in the evening. But after waiting until late night, I didn't receive anything and the host didn't say a word for no show. Later on they sent me a message telling me to write positive review, if I had any issues, I can contact them directly. I think this is not acceptable. I did contact them to report the issues, but they didn't solve my problem though they said they would. The overall experience with this condo is terrible! The service and condition of the room are so bad given the high price of room rate.

Dear Ms. Hong, We are sorry you had less than positive experience at one of our properties. We would like to take a moment to respond to the issues you outlined in your review. We would like to start by assuring you that we are always in touch with all of my guests and are available via phone or in person from morning till nigh. We recall you checked in for your one night stay around 6-7 p.m. At that pointed you contacted us requesting a quilt instead of a blanket. We could not accommodate your request because we no longer have quilts in our units after the pandemic. Blankets, unlike heavy quilts, can be washed after each use and we can assure you that even though we can’t provide brand new blankets at every check in our blankets are washed at a commercial laundry tacitly.In regards to your comment about the size of the bathroom we would like to state that it is a regular size bathroom and any guest can see what it looks like under the details of the property (photos) at the time of making the reservation. This one bedroom condo has many electrical outlets throughout (several in the living room and kitchen, several in the bedroom and one in the bathroom). It seems your complaint is not about the lack of outlets but about not having more by the bed for your convenience.The condo is equipped with not one but two split level AC units. One in the bedroom and one in the living room for your comfort and convenience. Both units are 2 years old and we are very confused as to why you thought the AC was “shabby”. If you had any difficulties operating one of the units you should have contacted us and we would have assisted you immediately to make sure you were comfortable. Our K-Cup coffee maker is not brand new and we are sure it has some signs of normal wear and tear but it is not dirty.Regarding your request for an electric kettle. Firstly, we don’t provide nor advertise having an electric kettle in any of our properties Secondly, you requested that we purchase a new coffee maker and an electric kettle at 7:30 in the evening and proceeded by advising us that you were going to go out for dinner with your husband expecting to find an electric kettle in the apartment upon returning. You were advised that the coffee machine could be used to dispense hot water because we simply do not have electric kettles at our properties. All of our guests receive a check out message thanking them for the stay and reminding guests to submit a positive review only if their stay was pleasant. No guests will submit a positive review if they did not enjoy the accommodation which we can clearly see from your review. We do ask our guests to communicate with us directly regarding any issues during their stay so we could address those immediately.We work tirelessly to provide our guests with comfort and care and we are very sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations nor could accommodate your request for an electric kettle or a brand new coffee machine.

We stayed one night to be close by for early morning flight. Apt was super clean. Only thing was we didn’t arrive until 5 and the AC was on 75. We turned it down and went to dinner and at 8 it was still 74. Maybe a nest thermostats where host can turn AC down earlier on hot days when guests are arriving. Host was helpful in trying to remediate issue. He also had excellent dinner recommendations which was appreciated since we hadn’t researched the area. We would stay again for sure. Plenty of room for 5 of us.

Nice Condo - good location--neighborhood good.
We only needed to lay over for a flight, but it was a nice place, easy to find, and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area. The neighborhood seemed to be safe as well.

My FLL Visit
My relative that I was visiting actually knew the previous owner of this property, so I let her come in the check it out because the new/current owner has done a complete remodel. We both agreed it was a fantastic re-do. Loved the large laundry room and modern amenities!!

Completely in disgusting condition. Furniture covered in human fluid and I did not say in the property after viewing it . I left and hour after and the property manger did not show as promised. I want a refund . As I have pictures of the condition.
