From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and professional—special thanks to the team who checked us in for their excellent service. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Deluxe King Room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained—kudos to Mr. Sharul for outstanding housekeeping! Every detail was perfect. The hotel’s prime location was a huge plus—just a short distance from City Square and Komtar JBCC Mall, making shopping and dining super convenient. Thanks to the entire team for making our stay memorable. We’ll definitely be back for another short getaway with family! Keep up the fantastic work! "
