"The stay was everything my daughter and I needed it to be! We LOVED the pool, and the woman at the front desk was very kind and patient. The room was very spacious -- yet cozy. Also, the hotel is very nicely located near several stores and eateries, which was nice because we did not have reliable transportation at the time. "

"We arrived super early and the staff was great. They held our luggage and allowed us access to the pool. While by the pool we saw staff cleaning for the day and they cleaned EVERY THING. It was nice to see how much care they put into making the area nice. View was incredible for the hard rock casino across the street. Make sure to splurge for the balcony room. "It’s deceiving when you see this place. My first impression wasn’t the best. Reception was not very warm or smiling. But the amenities are perfect for people like us taking a cruise. Free shuttle from the airport, free shuttle to the cruise port. Restaurant/bar was great. Room was sparse but clean. Didn’t use the pool, but it was nice. You can even park your car there (for a price) while you cruise! They really know their business and there clientele! Would definitely stay again!"
