"The hotel smells like there hasn’t been any clean air ventilation in years. The chair, the rooms, the beds, the outside eating area, the carpets, the dining area (near the indoor water fall) including the plant area could all be maintained better. "

"Nice place. Property up keep has gone down since our last visit. We had to call house keeping every day to ask for more towels or coffee because the right amount wouldn’t be left after their visit. There is a 30 minute policy around the pool. If you leave your sun lounger for longer than 30 mins they would take away your items and towels. Whilst I understand this policy, it doesn’t even give you time to get lunch. Which means you have to pay for the very expensive food onsite. "
