"After a cancelled flight we booked an overnight here. The staff were courteous and helpful when we arrived earlier than the checkin time with a comfortable waiting area that we also used when waiting for the free shuttle to the airport. The breakfast we added to the Expedia reservation was excellent. The queen beds in our room sit awkwardly high but are very comfortable. It was altogether a good stay. "

"The location, food, bar, beach and the entire staff make the Beachcomber an excellent property choice! I think of it as a small, intimate cruise ship as opposed to a mega size cruise ship. I like the former. Yes, it is not all shining and new but it is so comfortable and welcoming. It was relaxing without effort. Saturday night we went to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and as soon as I got out of the Lyft, I wanted to go back to the Beachcomber. One drink and an appetizer and we headed back. You can tell the Beachcomber is family owned and operated. And they are doing a great job. Definitely plan to go back. "
