"This place has everything! We thoroughly enjoyed it! The only negative thing to say is that the bathroom set up is weird; there are wooden blinds that you can open into the room from the bathroom. This is great if you want sunlight in your bathtub, but not great if your family is in the room and you're using the toilet... you can hear and smell it. There's not real privacy. Everything else is fantastic! Including the staff- We loved George at the pool bar."

"We are a party of four. Our cruiseship arrived in the morning and we disembarked at 10:30 am. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we were expecting to just check in our luggages until the 3:00 pm check in time. To our surprise, there was a room ready for us so we were able to drop our luggages into the room and then, we were able to go out in peace knowing that we could stay out and not have to worry about returning at 3:00 to check in. We were impressed by how friendly the lady at the desk was. When we returned in the evening, she welcomed us back and told us about the free shuttle bus back to the airport. However, we were surprised that there were no cups provided in the rooms to brush our teeth and if we wanted cups, we’d have to go to the lobby to get them. "
