This resort have very bad service... charge me 2 times with $100 hotell deposit Why 2 times?? Then enother hotel fee 125$ No cleaning, not good breakfast... bad place, owner charge more people then we see on site! Its horrible attitude to guests, stilling money from my account

I paid for a four day parking pass and parked directly in front of my room. Sometime in the middle of the night on Saturday/ Sunday my car was towed despite my paying for the parking. I had to pay $214 to get my car back . I put the pass in the mirror and never moved it. Despite 2 other cars being towed with similar stories they refused to believe my story. They also refused to help a confused elderly woman whose car was also towed and was traveling alone. I will never visit this hotel again that allows paying guests cars to be stolen right in front of their rooms.
