The staff is always helpful and friendly. I also like that there is a gym on site. One of my favorite things is being able to open my blinds and enjoy the beautiful view of the water.

Staff will not answer the phone if you call, but once at the hotel, they allowed early check-in. After hours, front door is broken (this is not posted), so you need to use the side doors to enter with your key card. Room is fine. Only 2 pillows for a queen bed, enough towels for 2 people only. Some staining on the sheets. Everything else was visibly clean and no issues. Minimal bathroom amenities so bring your own. Coffee maker is only available for purchase but there is a Dunkin right across the parking lot. It was safe, clean, and did the job.

We were two nights and the experience was very good. Great area within a short distance of free-ways, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Room was big, clean and the kitchen area was nice with a big refrigerator. Huge parking lot. You may get a disappointing feeling with the reception area. But customer service was good. Price was right.

When I checked in, there were small cockroaches. I had made two reservations; the second one was for a room with two beds, but upon arriving at the hotel, they gave me one with only a single bed. The staff, however, were very attentive—truly very friendly.
