"The 2bd beachfront condo was exactly as described. The layout was perfect and the views were amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the screened in balconies The only thing that would have made it better is if 2 chairs and an umbrella were included in the price and not rentals from a separate company. But otherwise we were just extremely happy and will definitely stay here again. "

"The property was centrally located to multiple areas we wanted to see. It was quiet and easy to get on and off the property to the main road. There was no beach access but it was very close to the lovers key beach access. Not walkable but an easy drive. You definitely need to have a car. You couldn’t walk to anyplace accept Flippers restaurant, which always had at least an hour wait. "

"Great for the price. We will go back. Ft Myers Beach is quite unique in its shape and possible distance to anything. This property should have better access to after hour snacks. The only thing i can think of thats annoying was having to bag up linens and towels and do the dishes before checking out. Ugh."

"The location was great. It is located in walking distance to the beach, had parking in front and close to Sanibel Island. We didn't have time to take advantage of the kayaks, grills in the back, or bicycles, but these were great offerings. It had what we needed. Overall a lot of offerings for a decent price. "
