"Initially,They did not have a room with double bed. I paid extra for it. The room they had for us had 3 single beds...😲the guy tried to blame Expedia for it. I kindly asked him to check of he had another room, and he placed us in the room we paid for...a girls got to fight even for something she paid extra for...shame!!!"

Nosso quarto ficou pertinho da piscina e tivemosno azar de pegar um casal que passou a madrugada inteira conversando em uma.mesa na area da piscina e as 6:00 um rapaz colocando musica alta em.seu celular, sem nenhuma interferencia dos funcionarios. Os quartos sao ok, colchao confortável. Nao tem cafe da manha e estacionamento, e muito dificil de encontrar vaga na rua."

"Achei o hotel péssimo, o quarto parece que cheirava mal, os corredores parece que n eram limpos e sem falar que você subia e descia e não chegava no quarto. Até que a atendente que fez o check- in era simpática, mas o o atendente que fez o check-out , nem um pouco simpático , pouco grosseiroo. Acho que quando se trabalha com público , a pessoa tem ser mais simpático, comunicativo e mostrar para o cliente a receptividade do hotel. E Outro ponto , que foi péssimo, que tive q esperar o cara subir...

"The Amuarama Hotel is spacious with live greenery everywhere, a nice pool, a large rotating staff always ready to help (English not strong though). The front desk does not make change even from a 50 real note ($10), and the local ATMs need a Brazilian id to get money out, even the "24 hour" system which is supposed to be international. Excellent buffet breakfast, varied, fresh fruit, juices, never a problem with the food which is always fresh and covered from occasional flies and the rare small...
