"This was a horrible hotel. While I was showering I saw a cockroach and once I was out of the shower I saw baby cockroaches crawling up on the walls. We checked out immediately, but since I booked through Hotels.com and they were unable to reach the hotel manager; therefore, lost my refund. They did not check me out when I left the hotel, so I was also unable to even get a partial refund. "It's a pretty nice hotel with a good service, very close to the beach. I definitely loved the location. The room itself was quite small. Breakfast was amazing with typical Brazilian food like tapioca."
