"My first terrible experience with Marriott. The bed was awful, the pillows were old and no form, the toilet would not flush so after I got in late and used the restroom around 1am the waste had to stay in the commode which is nasty. We were not told that the property was under renovation. Such a shame because it could be a wonderful property. I always stay with Marriot but this has made me rethink this from now own! And to think that I paid over $200 for one night! I should receive a refund!! This was a pitiful stay!! Never again! "

"Check in was fine but problems after that. We thought the room was fine and decided to go get something to eat. As we shut the door we check to make sure it was locked. The door would not lock and the staff told us to go eat and they would fix it. We said, absolutely not, who would go eat and leave an unlocked door to strangers. The door couldn’t get fixed and had no rooms available. We ask for a refund and supposedly we will get it back in a few days. Always check your door!! "

"Room was nice; bathroom a bit small. Fridge didn’t have a mini-freezer even though staff said it did. Staff was very nice. Great proximity to college. Unaware of 15%incidental charge that takes a free days to have removed from charges."
