"The hotel was beautiful and comfortable but we were a little warm the whole time and Cork was not walkable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many choices. I would stay here again but ideally not during a heat wave!"

"This hotel is beautiful, we only stay for one night but it was pleasant. Easy walk to restaurants and very clean. Staff are very nice. The launch is very nice and enjoyable music to relax."
"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. From the front desk clerk giving recommending places nearby to eat, to the friendly breakfast room team and the extra assistant at check out. These were some of the best hotel staff I have encountered on my extended 3 month trip around Europe.
The room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable.
The only concerns we had was the neighborhood was a bit rough and the walk to Oliver Plunket Street using the back alley (per our GPS instructions) for dinner was somewhat concerning. We took the walk back along the quayside by the bus terminal and that had better lighting and felt somewhat safer.
I would recommend staying here. "
"We stayed one night in a family suite. The room was lovely and spacious with an absolutely ginormous bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the extra seating area. A couple small items - we were there when it was quite hot, and although the room was equipped with an AC unit that blew air, it never actually cooled off. To be fair, I didn't figure this out until the middle of the night, so I didn't report it til checkout. If you're not from Ireland, fair warning that hotels don't seem to provide conditioner. However, overall a nice stay and an easy drive into city center as well as highway access. "
