"The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was good and easy to access. The amenities it is questionable because the hotel doesn’t include any breakfast and it is not convenient for morning going. The only thing they have is parking spaces very easy to access. Overall it is good. If the hotel has breakfast like others next to it, it will be better."

"We stopped for one night on our way to Orlando and the rooms were nice, clean and cozy. They had complimentary breakfast available and check out was at 12 noon! What a great place to stay for the night!"

"All of the staff were extremely polite and helpful! We stayed one night and everything was great! We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant and everything was excellent. I loved the convince of the restaurant in the hotel. Everything was cooked to perfection and the waiter from dinner and the waitress from breakfast were so polite and pleasant. Even the chef spoke to us and cook everything to perfection! The check in staff were very helpful and could tell they enjoyed their jobs and being together. The whole experience was great!"

"Very nice hotel with awesome rooms however, there is a shortage of housekeepers and rooms aren't ready at 3:00 PM check in the two times I've stayed there. I was issue a room digital key at 2:00 PM for requested 1st floor room that was not ready at the time. When I returned back to the hotel at 4:30 PM my room still wasn't ready. concierge was very polite and found me a room on the 2nd floor. Would I stay in The Oats again sure I would."
