"Toilet/tub area was nasty. Toilet leaking at base, door peeling apart, tub enamel peeling, and shower head corroded badly. Curtains were dirty, holey and would not close properly. We had to use a hanger to clip them shut. Ironing board was broken and barely stood up for use. Breakfast was only cold cereal or the time consuming waffle. We were extremely disappointed. "

"This is quite a nice place. It's attractive and is in good repair. Our room was fine and clean. Our preference is not double beds, but that's what this BW had available, so we managed. The main drawback was the thermostat. We didn't have any trouble finding it or setting it, and the A/C started cooling our room immediately. But when it would reach the target temperature, the unit would turn off and not turn back on until it was about eight degrees over the target temperature. In fact, it seemed that the heat would turn on briefly to drive up the temp, although I can't say for certain that's what was happening. My husband doesn't mind fairly wide swings in temperature, but I struggle to sleep when the temperature keeps swinging. Needless to say, I didn't sleep well while I was in Savannah. Everything else about this property was lovely."

"When we checked in they gave us the key’s to the room that they had assigned us, as soon as we entered, the room wasn’t ready, the furniture was very dirty. Even after giving us another room, it also came out to be dirty. Terrible experience."

"Got to room Sunday night— had previous person’s trash still in room and message light on phone flashing. Tried retrieving messages- would just go to dial tone, tried calling front desk- would just go to dial tone. So went down to front desk with trash can. Attendant apologized and said phone would be fixed Monday. Monday night- phone still not fixed. Tuesday morning went back to front desk— was told the guy was already in building and it would be fixed Tuesday. Tuesday night still not fixed. Wednesday morning- front desk says not sure what happened- but will take care of it. Wednesday night- still not fixed. Tuesday and Wednesday had dog barking near by room- had choice either get dressed and go downstairs to report Or just ignore- choose to ignore since otherwise front desk had not been helpful. Checked out Thursday morning was told complaints would need to be filed through booking company for partial refund. "

"Bedding and bathroom floors were clean. However, the carpet in the main room was not clean. The breakfast was good."
