Friendly and very nice staff with English speaking available, good variety breakfast, great restaurants within the budget. It is very nice to have a bar next to the pool which make it perfect. Lastly the manager on site-forgive me for not remember her name (her first name starts with the letter M). She was very helpful of providing tips and where to find great local foods. Will definitely stay at Foz Plaza Hotel again and totally recommended.

Aging hotel currently under renovation. Older part not renovated not per pictures. Music from the restaurant heard in room. Light in corridor not working. Need some repairs. Excellent breakfast, staff is helpful. New pool area is more for kid than adults.

O hotel é muito confortável e bem localizado. O café da manhã é diversificado e de excelente qualidade. Fomos alojados em um quarto com vista para a piscina, porém visitamos a cidade de Foz do Iguaçu em meio a uma onda de calor e os quartos com essa vista recebem muita irradiação solar, tornando-os quentes e desagradável a hospedagem, apesar do ar-condicionado. Além disso, tivemos um problema estrutural no nosso primeiro dia e o hotel prontamente nos realojou em um quarto melhor, do lado da sombra. Posso, ainda, acrescentar que o hotel apresenta muitas comodidades aos hóspedes, um hall bonito e agradável, bem como uma ampla área de lazer, piscinas, jacuzzi, sala de apoio ao hóspede com água quente e micro-ondas e uma sala para passar roupas, além de lojinha de souvenirs, atendimento da Loumar e filial da Florybal (chocolates de Gramado). O serviço de quarto foi impecável! Sem dúvida, uma excelente estadia em Foz do Iguaçu!

Cortei meu pé na piscina, passei um calor extremo no quarto, precisei trocar e fui pressionada a sair no checkout mesmo depois de ter combinado na recepção que eu tinha tido problemas com o quarto. Tratamento diferente (meus amigos que tbm precisaram trocar de quarto, receberam voucher de almoço e minha família teve o mesmo negado). Comunicação parece que não acontece internamente. Alguns funcionários muito rudes (tanto no café da manhã quanto no bar da piscina).
