A acomodação está passando por reforma, mas conta com colaboradores muito prestativos e oferece uma estrutura confortável. Como sugestão de melhoria, acredito que a instalação de uma Smart TV agregaria bastante valor à experiência dos hóspedes. O único ponto negativo durante minha estadia foi que, devido à reforma, o café da manhã está sendo servido no Hotel Del Rey, localizado em frente (basta atravessar a rua). Apesar da facilidade de acesso, o restaurante acaba ficando bastante cheio, pois atende aos hóspedes dos dois hotéis.

Me hospedei no Villagem Hotel Foz e gostei bastante da experiência. Sabe quando você chega no hotel e percebe que ele é realmente igual às fotos? Foi exatamente assim. Tudo muito novo, organizado e confortável. A cama é ótima, colchão confortável, travesseiros bons e o enxoval também muito cheiroso e de qualidade. Dá realmente para descansar bem. Os funcionários foram todos muito educados e prestativos, sempre atendendo com simpatia. O café da manhã fica no hotel da frente, mas sinceramente isso não incomodou em nada, porque é só atravessar a rua. Achei super prático e estava tudo muito gostoso, fresco e bem servido. Se fosse para apontar algo para melhorar, diria apenas as toalhas que poderiam ser melhores e alguns itens do banheiro, como shampoo e sabonete, que não tinham . Fora isso, a experiência foi excelente. Podem reservar tranquilos, porque o hotel entrega exatamente o que mostra nas fotos

Experiência incrível! Local todo reformado, quarto limpo, funcionários educados, café da manhã delicioso. Único problema: Não dava pra abrir a janela do banheiro por causa das escadas do prédio do lado que é encostado no hotel. Da próxima vez pediremos quarto do outro lado. Mas foi o único inconveniente.
