It’s run down property. No maintenance at all . Horrible restaurant. One stuff was good but mostly overall customer service is not upto any standard. They don’t even provide an adapter for charging in room for usa port charger. That’s a surprise for me as international traveler and iguassu is an international tourist destination.charges are not less at all.

A estadia foi ótima!! Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. O garçom Fábio é muito atencioso, mas o atendimento às vezes demora pq é muita gente para ser atendida e ele fica sozinho, seria necessário mais um ajudante. A limpeza básica é boa, mas a limpeza mais fina deixa a desejar, por exemplo, o box do banheiro. o vidro das janelas e as mesas do restaurante não parecem ter limpeza periódica. A piscina é muito boa, fica na sobra e é fundamental para se refrescar naquele calor sufocante.
