Relation between price and what you get is good. You have supermarket close to the property and also bus stop to go to every where. Breakfast is middle range, quality of the product and options could improve.

Manutenção deixa a desejar. Uma coisa são as fotos no site do hotel, outra coisa é a realidade. Acho que voces tem que chamar atenção da rede Andrade para melhorar as condições do hotel. A localização do mesmo é excelente, mas acredito que vão melhorar tendo em vista que Foz do Iguaçu, em breve, será o maior destino turístico do Brasil em função das obras de infraestrutura que estão acontecendo na cidade.

Cheguei para o check-in e me informaram que houve um problema na minha reserva e que iriam pagar o uber e me colocar em outro hotel da rede. O outro hotel era longe de tudo, tornando as idas e voltas dos passeios bem mais caras, e no penúltimo dia da minha estadia choveu bastante, e começou a pingar água no quarto enquanto eu estava fora, molhou a cama inteira, a sorte foi que as malas não estavam onde molhou, pois tinha aparelhos eletrônicos. Me trocaram de quarto depois de 1h pois me falaram que nao tinha quarto disponível, falaram que iam falar com a gerente mas não ligaram pra ela, só uma mensagem, um claro descaso com o hóspede. No quarto novo, mesmo problema, entrei e tinha goteira, me trocaram mais uma vez para um quaryo minúsculo. Sai de um quarto com cama de casal e 2 de solteiro para um quarto com apenas a cama, mal tinha espaço para andar. Toalhas com um cheiro bem estranho. Manchas nas paredes e buracos mostrando que os problemas de vazamento existem faz tempo. Claro todas as críticas são para o hotel que me realocaram, o Biton, da mesma rede.
