Cleanliness is bad, they have ants damage everywhere in the bathrooms had to change the room twice. Ants like crazy amount of ants. They would do nothing (they bit my daughter ) two staff members where like sisters but one was so bad she didn’t want to give me another room card even though we are two adults! No more towels even though i came at night and they had not cleaned my room and when i was like i need towels she said i will mark them on your room (the towels smell bad when clean and are marked with a sharpie yet they’re afraid i might steal them, or maybe just pure wanting to disrespect me) parked my car in a park and dis embark area( my car was a rental i had booked for a month there) and no it wasn’t cheap! So the cars wasnt fined! It was straight up towed and the transport place where it was towed said that it was very strange to have it towed since they only tow repeatedly fined not moved cars, cars blocking entrances or hazardous vehicles. So after getting to pay the tow and deal with the rental company they needed to investigate if it was me who did an offense they would terminate my contract. So they found out that yes i was parked there some one from the hotel chose to call and call to ask them to come claiming the car has been parked there for weeks ( i left the hotel every single day ) and to come remove it!! Told the manager everything decided i need to move out i deserve a refund on the remaining days so i can stay somewhere they refused!!!

Hotel com excelente localização. Próximos a restaurantes, farmácias e ao terminal de ônibus. A equipe é muito solícita e o café da manhã é muito bom! Quanto aos quartos, trata-se de um hotel mais antigo, no entanto, a limpeza não deixa a desejar. Só acho que as roupas de cama e toalhas de banho deveriam ser lavadas com algum produto mais eficiente e que deixasse cheiro de limpeza nas peças. No mais, não temos o que reclamar quanto a estadia no hotel.

Tudo horrível, hotel antigo sem manutenção, elevadores pequenos sem ar condicionado sendo que 1 ainda estragou, para abrir a porta do quarto que era com cartão tinha que passar muita raiva até conseguir, quarto e banheiro terríveis. Café da manhã tbm deixa a desejar, foi realizado jantar de Ano Novo que pagamos $125,00 por pessoa mas não valia nem $30,00. E para completar não se consegue contato com eles só fala com a central do grupo que é em Florianópolis (absurdo). Foi primeira e última vez que ficamos nesse HOTEL. O pior que estava várias pessoas da minha família, simplesmente um desastre.

O Hotel Mirante, em Foz do Iguaçu, tem uma localização excelente, perto de mercado, terminal de ônibus, centro e a cerca de 30 minutos do aeroporto. O atendimento da recepção foi bom e o café da manhã é bem servido, com várias opções — porém, todos os dias são os mesmos itens. A limpeza é apenas razoável. A piscina estava FECHADA para MANUTENÇÃO em pleno VERÃO e feriado de Natal, o que foi uma grande decepção, pois se soubéssemos antes teríamos escolhido um hotel mais econômico sem piscina. Esse tipo de manutenção deveria acontecer na baixa temporada. O hotel é antigo, o chuveiro não fechava totalmente e ficou pingando a noite toda, atrapalhando o sono. O ar-condicionado gela bem, mas estava muito sujo de pó. A fechadura eletrônica do quarto é péssima, difícil de abrir e vimos outros hóspedes com o mesmo problema. No geral, atende pelo custo-benefício e localização, mas precisa de manutenção e mais atenção aos detalhes.
