Spacious room, clean and convenient location. Staff were rather unfriendly on the first few days until we met a nice lady on the third or fourth day. Room service was alright. Walking distance to shopping district - easy to go in/back with kids. Many food options available. On the last 2 nights, the room beside us was really loud banging and stomping - sound proofing can be improved! Other than that, it was a comfortable stay

Capri Hotel is conveniently located just a few mins away from the Skyline Plaza shopping centre and subway stop (Forum). The hotel rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet has a nice food variety and everything is fresh. Lastly, we found the hotel staff to be very friendly and welcoming and look forward to staying there again next time we visit Frankfurt.

Our room is very big and the views provided by th floor to ceiling glass windows were stunning! Our bookings entitled us to the VIP lounge. We were able to access anytime and it has nice snacks and beverages! Will definitely stay here again if we visit Frankfurt! The only negative for us is that the bathroom has see through corners and there is a open bathtub outside the toilet which we could not use since we are staying with my adult daughter. For couples on honeymoon will be perfect!

Like the classic (yet not over) decor, elegant ambience, good spread of breakfast, and being in a quiet location (seems to be a mid-high class area; but driving is recommended).

Very modern and spacious room. The kitchenette is very smartly build along the way between toilet and room. Everything is very slick and comfy. The location is a little out of the way, being nearer to the Frankfurt Trade Fair. Walking to the main railway station is a little "messy", have to cut through small streets.
